Our cupcakes are artisanal and handcrafted with care. To ensure we create something unique and special each time, please place your order at least 48 hours in advance through our website.

If no one is available to receive your delivery, we can hand it over to a neighbor based on your request. If delivery to a different location is required, an additional delivery charge will apply.

Our cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature (18-24°C). If stored in the refrigerator, please allow them enough time to return to room temperature before serving, as the butter in the cream will harden when chilled.

 Deliveries are made between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please note that your order can arrive anytime within this timeframe. 

If you need your cupcakes delivered at a specific time, we recommend going for  express delivery or  ordering a day before your event.  
 

Each floral design and color is hand-mixed, making exact copies is impossible. We use your chosen designs as inspiration and create a set of cupcakes.
